This wind turbine is in Maple Grove, MN. Wilton told us that the first location caused an outcry because it was believed that property values would lower. So it was moved to the shopping area and no one minds it there.

The first one has gone a few blocks from our church......but there are plans to put "wind farms" out in the ocean......far enough not to be in the "view"...so that seems to make the most sense and they say they will still help provide lots of energy being out there.
