Special Techniques ....

This year I took time to look closely at the quilts to see just what made them so good. This quilt, viewed from a distance, looked like it might be a watercolor quilt. However, a closer look showed that the child's face was made with yoyo's.

Fancy, colorful stitching made this quilt special!

I don't think I would know where to begin to make a quilt like this one.
