Today is the last step in our house re-do. The carpet stretchers will come and stretch the bedroom carpet (the only carpet left downstairs) and will tack it down where it meets the tile.
To allow them to do this we had to unload the bedroom into whatever space we could find available. We didn't have to move the big furniture, just the things on top. Amazing how much stuff we had to move!! But, an opportunity for more cleaning! I am happy about that. Cleaning out and throwing away is wonderful, and it will all soon be over. Then I can relax a little. August has been BUSY!!
