It's Chili Time

Just came back from my local store with two bags of Hatch green chilies! I love this time of year.
I'll roast these and then freeze them to use during the months when chilies aren't in season. Some I'll stuff with cheese. Yum, Yum!

I don't do spicy...and I bet these would bring tears to my eyes!!!

No, I just bought the mild type and they aren't HOT -- we love the chili flavor and if it is too hot all we taste is the hot, not the flavor.
