Rain

We got more rain yesterday! What a blessing -- it seems I can hear my thirsty plants sucking up the moisture. Little frogs were peeping last night. We were all rejoicing!

Unfortunately, some people got a little too much. I've been watching the drama being played out in North Dakota. It is flooding there. Yesterday tornadoes were spinning their damage in different places, like Mississippi. Hail fell - my niece's yard looked like it had snowed. My HCF said she and hubby watched tennis ball size hail beat down on their house, car, and garden. She saw places where the trees were all stripped of new leaves, and even trees blown down. Windows were smashed and a church, high on a ridge, lost the roof. So, my prayers go out to those who are being sorely beset upon, and I am thankful that we got JUST ENOUGH, and no more!
